Victoria Pennant

Registrations are now closed

The next pennant season registration will begin in 2024. If you are interested in participating in future competitions, please click the below button to fill out a form.

OVERVIEW

Pennant is a competition where Melbourne Uni Tennis Club plays against other clubs in the state of Victoria to try and bring home the title of State Champions. This is a high-commitment competition where all players are graded and entered into appropriate teams. The teams then represent MUTC as they play against other clubs each weekend. Sectional, regional, and state finals are played at the end of the season, followed by the crowning of the State Champions. Pennant skill levels start at advanced players and range all the way up to elite-level players.

The league is played over 14 weeks plus Finals, commencing on Saturday 22 April (with finals in early September). Each round is played on Saturdays or Sundays, alternating 'home' and 'away' matches.

Our leading coaching academy will provide training/coaching services for all of our teams on Wednesday nights throughout the season.
